The SmartASI Maintenance Logger is an accompanying software for use alongside the SmartASI Master Controller. By default, once an hour it will log the on-time, peak temperature, and peak current for each motor of each drive card. This data can then be viewed in graphs, allowing the user to more effectively assess the level of wear-and-tear for their MDR Rollers. The exact polling period for this data can be customized by the user.

Features:

• Configure a list of SmartASI Cards and log their Online State as well as poll Motor statistics
• A graphical view allows the user to visually assess the accumulation of wear-and-tear, see spikes or dips in activity, or generally keep records of activity over long periods of time.
• Assign MDR cards descriptive section names to improve readability and user experience.
• Create custom thresholds to receive notifications of anomalous activity, or when a motor needs to be replaced.

Track Runtime

The graphical view allows the user to track Motor Runtime in the form of Duty Cycle. Runtime can also be viewed cumulatively in terms of hours, allowing the user to easily determine the remaining lifetime of a motor. This data can be viewed in the form of a step, line, or scatter chart.

Track Peak Current

The peak current within each user-defined polling period is logged and can be viewed graphically. As shown in the image on the right, this can be useful to spot anomolous behaviour and replace failing hardware.

Track Peak Temperature

The peak temperature within each polling period will also be logged. Similar to the Peak Current logging, this is useful for spotting failing hardware or potential anomalies. The graph shown on the right is being displayed as a step graph.
