We will match the prices of our Motion Controllers and breakout boards with similar devices sold by competiters. To get the lowest price, you simply need to show the price list published recently from a recognized manufacturer. No minimum volume is required for price match guarantee.
If you have any question pertaining to product installation and support, you are welcome to call us during 10:00AM to 6:00PM Georgia time. However, we encourage the customers to first go over the documentation provided on the product web pages. All Hardware products come with a 1 Year warranty against any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase
All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Without RMA# no credit will be processed.
Most products in good and re-sellable condition may be returned for 90% credit (subject to $25 minimum restock fee) within 30 days of purchase.
Following are not eligible for refund:
1. Paid Tech-Support Hours.
2. Motors or Motor-Drive-Sets.
Depending on your order, all in stock items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the time of order. However, this is not a guarantee.

Vital Systems, Inc. (hereafter "VSi") warrants that the Product shall conform to and perform in accordance with published technical specifications and shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. In the event of failure, VSi will repair or replace the product at VSi's sole discretion. Failures resulting from misapplication or misuse of the Product, failure to adhere to any specifications or instructions, or failure resulting from neglect or abuse are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty service may be obtained by delivering the Product to VSi and providing proof of purchase. Customer agrees to insure the Product or assume the risk of loss or damage in transit, and to use the original shipping container or equivalent. Warranty is valid only for original purchaser and is not transferable.
This warranty applies to VSi manufactured Product. Product purchased through VSi but manufactured by a third party will retain the original manufacturer's warranty.
