IntellECAT Gateway/PLC

IntellECAT is our Gateway/PLC based on ethercat technology.

  • Bridge Functionality: It acts as a bridge between GX20 and Rockwell PLCs as well as PC based software VSLogix
  • Standalone PLC Functionality: NO PLC or PC is required to operate the conveyor system, Intellecat has its own PLC engine if you choose.
  • Multi-Protocol Support: Supports EtherNet/IP, MODBUS, EtherCAT protocols.
  • High Speed EtherCAT Performance: EtherCAT provides high-speed, high data bandwidth, and low-latency data exchange for best I/O control performance.
  • Fast Polling Rate: Supports Scan rates of multiple conveyor segments within 1-5 ms.

IntellECAT Gateway/PLC

VSLogix Programming Software

  • Full Programming Capability: IntellECAT Gateway/PLC supports complete programming using the free VSLogix software.
  • Conveyor Types Programming: Integrators can program conveyor types such as cross‑transfer, merge, and accumulation using ladder‑logic templates.
  • Code Reusability: The same logic templates can be reused across similar conveyor sections, speeding up development
  • Faster Integration and Commissioning: Creating reusable logic templates reduces integration time and accelerates commissioning of conveyor systems.
